Biography

I was born in Ghana West Africa and was introduced to music from birth. My earliest memories are listening and watching people sing their hearts out at church. I think my love of music and the theatre stems from these early memories. My family moved to England when i was 4 years old. I couldn't speak English very well when we first arrived in England but found that music had no barriers. The school choir gave me the opportunity to express so many different emotions and to feel like i finally belonged.
In my teens studied speech and drama with the Royal School of Music. Music has also helped me with my charity work with Romanian Relief. Every year i spend a week working with severely disabled children in the Romanian Orphanages. "Music sets these children free and i'm so honoured to be part of that" .

My next great passion is baby sign language, through signing and music, i have seen young children express what is going on in their world (usually they sign to me that they want a biscuit). In 2009 i was honoured to be awarded the 'Most Inspirational TinyTalk Baby Signing Teacher'.

I'm thrilled to now be part of the Kindermusik family, i have personally seen the benefits of the Kindermusik programme with my own children and i am so excited to be able to introduce families to the magic of music.
