ABC Music & Me and Busy Bees

The award winning ABC music and me programme by Kindermusik is now being offered by Busy Bees/Leapfrog nurseries, the leading provider of nursery childcare in the UK. The Busy Bees chain has over 130 nurseries throughout the UK (www.busybees.com) and is the first nursery chain to offer the programme. Kindermusik UK are very excited by this introduction as it means more children will get access to the quality music education provided by Kindermusik.

The programme supports the government EYFS framework by teaching children in a comfortable environment, adopting a whole child approach to learning and practising proactive learning through play.

Each month a different theme is followed and families receive an ABC music and me home kit including a CD, family activity guide and instrument every other month. Kindermusik recognise how crucial it is that parents are involved in children’s learning. These quality home materials not only ensure learning can continue at home but importantly they keep parents informed of the fun and learning experienced in the music class.

ABC Music & Me is a research-based language and early literacy programme built around music. Kindermusik has used its 30 years of experience to create an “all-in-the-box” programme for nurseries and preschools.

Our 30-minute lessons are packed with benefits! And because young learners already love to sing and move—our activities are often the favourite part of a young child’s day.
